One of Erik's significant milestones was at NIO, where he was entrusted as a founding team member to sculpt the company's US presence.  From being Employee #3, Erik's expertise contributed to the growth of NIO USA, scaling it to over 650 employees in less than four years.

At Minerva CQ, he currently serves as Chief of Staff, drawing from his vast experience to streamline recruitment, Human Resource and Operational processes.
